The existing approach to well-being sustainability is segmented: stakeholders operate “dumping” strategies, prioritising one aspect of well-being (economic well-being) at the expense of others (health, other qualitative aspects). This results in the production of negative externalities impacting on the four capital stocks (economic, natural, human, social), necessary for the wider functioning of economic systems. The application of a linear economic model is the cause. United Nations’ 2030 Agenda has implicitly condemned this model and influenced Society in growing increasingly aware of the need for an integrated approach to well-being sustainability. This means abandoning “dumping” strategies to satisfy all aspects of well-being and maintaining its sustainability over time. This is possible through a “paradigm shift”, transforming stakeholders’ decisional models, and via the implementation of an Innovation Catalyst System. The role of these two actions, as a matter of fact, is fundamental in sustainable development. This is why we propose a paradigm shift and an Innovation Catalyst System functioning as a bridge between the Knowledge System and Society. As we delineate it, the Innovation Catalyst System should consist of two main elements: a Dynamic Platform, systematising theory and best practices, and a brand new sustainable job: Circular Innovation Facilitator. The role of the Circular Innovation Facilitator is to collect specific needs of local stakeholders and draw from the Dynamic Platform the solutions to be transferred to them. This new professional figure, to become operative, requires new educational frameworks.

Energy Security, Energy Safety and Energy Resilience constitute the three components of Energy Issue to which various stakeholders of Territorial Systems must give adequate answers through new decision-making models. In this paper the proposal of a corporate circular economic model is put forward as a corporate strategy based on three lines of action, strictly interconnected: improvement of demand for energy resources; choice of products and processes aimed at minimizing negative externalities deriving from possible use of fossil energy sources; implementation of Energy Resilience strategies. This model also contributes to overcoming dilemma between competitiveness and Society's needs

Overcoming the current development model, universally deemed unsustainable, requires, in the various Territorial Systems, the implementation of a strategy based on four components which are closely interconnected: Supporting sectors (research, training and communication);
Business production and investment models; Household consumption and savings models and No profit Institutions decision-making models. Strategy which, based on policies acting symmetrically on the four components mentioned above, is capable of guiding and supporting the Society towards a growing balance between intra-generational and inter-generational equity.
In the present paper, the authors have highlighted the centrality of the Territorial Capital for
the achievement of a Sustainable Well-being; analyzed the path towards Agenda 2030, which has finally codified this centrality; presented a Circular Economic model proposed to analyze the determinants of “circularity” of Well-being. Finally, the criteria are defined for an impact analysis of the new policies that are emerging at international, european and national level for building a sustainable future.

Local communities are a fundamental component of the global strategy aimed at bringing
the world on a path of sustainable development. Young people, as has been widely declared, are the architrave on which this territorial strategy must rest. It is our belief that, in order for this to happen, it is necessary to "align" the training models aimed at influencing the quality of the youth component of human capital functional to the objective of sustainability of territorial development.

Three results to be achieved: responsible citizen towards the demands of social demand; consumer aware of the impact on society of their consumption patterns, on an economic, social and environmental level; fundamental component of production models oriented to sustainability. The knowledge system has the task of putting in place new "humal capital educational models" capable of implementing this objective. To this end, it is necessary first of all to strengthen the "dialogue" between institutions in charge of the "advocacy" actions and the knowledge system so as to "internalize" the "integrated paradigm for sustainable development" better and better. And, through an increasingly incisive implementation of the "third mission" of the knowledge system, make this last, more and more in line with the moments of the other territorial stakeholders. The objectives of this paper are: to identify actors, roles and actions aimed at defining new training models; propose the constituent elements aimed at determining knowledge and skills of human capital in line with the territorial strategy for sustainable development. The GO has as its ultimate goal the creation of an organizational model for the management
of an innovative knowledge-based food hub. This project will allow the integration and cooperation between areas of more specialized and capitalized agriculture (Sele Plain) with areas of urban agriculture (Naples metropolitan area); the possibility of offering a basket of products to the urban population (and beyond) that is characterized by a strong territorial radicalization (Campania -Sele Plain and Naples metropolitan area) and by high health and  nutraceutical characteristics; an offer of products and services that is differentiated by ethical and environmental characteristics; the creation of a physical and digital space that can operate in public engagement to develop a healthier culture of food and nutrition; the possibility of valorizing products from a B2B perspective (collective catering, HO. ReCa.); the formulation of food baskets tailored to lifestyles and medical characteristics of the buyer; the implementation of guidelines on which to build interventions for the urban food policy of Naples. In addition, the food hub will provide an opportunity to create connections between agricultural entrepreneurs from different areas who will be able to exchange knowledge and procedures as well as innovation needs in an AKIS approach. Since the training and advisory components are also present in the project, it will be easy to connect all operators creating the basis for a knowledge system with an important presence of the realities from urban areas. This aspect will be ensured by the participation in the GO of the Naples Hills Metropolitan Park whose agricultural component is of considerable size. The social, environmental and agricultural value of urban productive areas will thus be able to be enhanced in synergy with the areas of specialized agriculture, giving the project also the possibility of becoming a best practice for an integrated vision of intervention, highly transferable to a plurality of contexts and economic systems operating in the field of agribusiness both in our region and in others, responding moreover to current Union policies in terms of repositioning agricultural enterprises on the value chain and food safety (both security and safety).

The "APInnova Campania" project identifies solutions related to the competitiveness of farms specializing in bee production address, through the transfer and adaptation of technologies in use in other production sectors that for beekeeping represent a process innovation that can contain production costs (precision beekeeping) and increase farm income (enhancement of production, through traceability and certification guaranteed by the blockchain method).

The following actions are planned:

Cost containment
Development of precision beekeeping through the adaptation of Apps to be used in connection with data detection and transmission systems, enabling "remote management" of some phases of apiary management, allowing, for example, the temporal choice of interventions in the apiary (rationalization of movements) rather than the choice on whether to intervene with supplementary feeding techniques, identifying timing and quantities needed.

Promotion and valorization of productions
Implementation of a production specification for CEI UNI EN ISO/IEC 16075:2012 certification that indicates in a transparent and easily identifiable way the characteristics of the Honey to be certified, delivering to the market/consumer objective parameters of choice that will be guaranteed by the next step (blockchain).

Promotion and enhancement of productions
Adaptation to the traceability system of honey, from the field (apiary) to the table, of the techniques afferent to the blockchain, transferring to the product a guaranteed certification against food fraud (remember that EU sources consider honey the third most adulterated product in the world), offering, therefore, to the market an information that reduces the criticality related to the problem of fraud.

The project aims to realize the diversification of agricultural activities into activities concerning social integration, community-supported agriculture and environmental education. The first objective of the SOCIAPI project is to support agricultural enterprises in their process of diversification of activities and improvement of economic and income performance, with special reference to the beekeeping sector and with the involvement of vulnerable groups. The other objective is to realize a new organizational model of sustainable social agricultural enterprise in the areas covered by the intervention having as target subjects belonging to the weaker groups (prisoners and ex-prisoners, unemployed youth) through ad hoc workshops on environmental issues and field practices for bee sampling and other activities pertaining to beekeeping practice. The project aims to diversify the farm's income by implementing initiatives to progressively involve beneficiaries:

• initially through an educational-training course of a practical nature to be conducted between classroom and field on beekeeping techniques and business management and culture;

• later, by assigning them a certain number of production units to manage for an entire season.

The overall goal of the project is to demonstrate how the shift to the Circular Economy is not only a production approach but can be a sustainable competitive strategy, capable of improving economic performance by generating positive externalities on the environment and thus responding to societal demands. In other words, the project aims to assess whether the competitiveness index: "perceived value/price"improves. To this end, the project is divided into the following macro areas:

Positive and normative analysis of the relationship between E.C. principles and the competitiveness index
To carry out its verification, it was decided to work on the two basic elements of the relationship:
- "creating value" for the consumer.
Project activities will be aimed at demonstrating how the application of E.C. for its peculiarities can meet the main demands of consumers: Health, Environmental Quality, Territorial Identity, Culture, Equity.
-quality in enterprise cost structure management.
The aim will be to see whether the application of E.C. principles, by intervening on inputs, location, production process, distribution process, and promotion and communication, can improve the cost structure. To this end, a comparison of production costs between conventional product and product obtained with the application of Circular Agriculture techniques/practices will be conducted.
Identification of Best Practices that through C.E. respond to social demands
The study will aim to identify the most established and well-established best practices in this area, so as to define a broad framework of possible interventions to be implemented in the food sector.
New model and demand expectations
A survey will be conducted to first ascertain the consumer's level of knowledge about E.C.; it will then assess consumer preferences on the relevant attributes that define products from circular agriculture and their willingness to pay for them. The results will provide a starting point for companies to develop appropriate marketing strategies that can enhance the positive aspects that have emerged, minimizing the gap between quality delivered and quality perceived by the consumer.
Transfer and business support activities
The developed knowledge assets will be disseminated to enterprises through the communication tools managed by the Foundation. The objectives of the Dissemination Plan can be summarized in the following points:
1. Disclose the business economic model based on the principles of circular economy to lead to better competitive positioning;
2. To increase the knowledge of best practices identified and analyzed to systematize the available knowledge on the synergy between C.E. and responses to societal demands;
3. To inform about the characteristics of potential demand for products obtained from "Circular Agriculture" and solutions for market recognition of this value.

The "New Orto Chain" Project is part of the strategic actions of the PIF "Piana del Sele" and was imagined to combine a competitive development of the fruit and vegetable supply chain and the reference territory. We wondered, in fact, what possible solutions to implement in order to build a new way of "doing business" aimed at promoting and supporting the competitiveness of the local production system and simultaneously stimulate the sustainable development of the territory to no longer be considered simply the physical place where the activities are carried out, but which becomes a real resource to be able to employ and transform into a competitive advantage.
